  • Most orders are processed within  1–2 business days .  
  • Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during peak sale periods may require additional processing time.  
  • Customers will receive an order confirmation once their order is successfully placed.  

Estimated Delivery Time  

Delivery timelines depend on the delivery location, courier partner availability, and serviceability of the destination PIN code.  

Estimated delivery timelines:  

  • Haryana and nearby states: 2–5 business days  
  • Metro cities and major urban locations: 3–7 business days  
  • Remote, rural, or less-serviceable areas: 5–10 business days  

Please note that these delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, adverse weather conditions, festivals, local restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.  

Shipping Charges  

Shipping charges are calculated based on:  

  • Order value  
  • Package weight  
  • Delivery location  
  • Courier partner serviceability  

The applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.  

Free Shipping  

From time to time,  Shudh Sangrah may offer  free shipping on eligible prepaid orders or promotional campaigns. Any applicable free shipping offer will be clearly displayed on the website during checkout.  

Cash on Delivery (COD)  

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for selected serviceable PIN codes.  

For COD orders:  

  • Customers are requested to keep the exact payable amount ready at the time of delivery.  
  • Shudh Sangrah reserves the right to verify COD orders before dispatch.  
  • Orders may be confirmed through phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email before shipment.  

Shipping Serviceability  

We currently deliver across India to all serviceable PIN codes supported by our courier partners.  

If a delivery location is not serviceable:  

  • The order may not be accepted, or  
  • Our customer support team may contact you to discuss alternative delivery options.  

Order Tracking  

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be shared through:

  • Email  
  • Order status notifications  

Customers can use the tracking information provided to monitor the progress of their shipment.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Products

To help us resolve the issue quickly, you may be asked to provide:

  • A brief description of the issue  

After verification, we may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable resolution in accordance with our  Return & Refund Policy .  

Delivery Attempts  

Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts according to their standard procedures.  

If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or refuses delivery, the shipment may be returned to  Shudh Sangrah . Additional re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.  

Delays Beyond Our Control  

Shudh Sangrah shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:  

  • Natural disasters  
  • Severe weather conditions  
  • Festivals and public holidays  
  • Strikes or transportation disruptions  
  • Government restrictions
