Refund & Return Policy

At Shudh Sangrah, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality products with the utmost care. Please review our Refund & Return Policy below carefully before placing an order.  

1. No Return Policy  

Due to the nature of our products and to maintain hygiene, food safety and quality standards.  We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.  

  • All sales are final upon successful delivery.  
  • Products once opened, used or unsealed  cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.  
  • We do not offer returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection by the customer, or dislike of taste/quality/preference.  

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products  

While we do not accept general returns, we want to make sure you receive exactly what you ordered in good condition. If you receive:  

  • A damaged product  
  • A defective product  
  • An incorrect item  
  • A missing item  

Please contact our customer support team within  48 hours of delivery .  

To help us verify your request, kindly provide:  

  • Order Number  
  • Clear photographs of the product  
  • Photographs of the package  
  • Unboxing video (if available)  
  • A brief description of the issue  

After verification, Shudh Sangrah will arrange a  replacement, refund or another appropriate resolution at its discretion. Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery or without adequate proof, may not be accepted.  

3. Refund Process (Applicable Only for Verified Cases Under Section 2)  

Once your replacement or refund request has been approved:  

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.  
  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.  
  • The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.  

4. Non-Refundable Items  

The following are not eligible for any refund, replacement, or exchange:  

  • Opened, used, or unsealed products  
  • Products where the issue is reported after 48 hours of delivery  
  • Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotional offers (where specifically mentioned as non-refundable)  
  • Any request not covered under Section 2 (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products)  

5. Order Cancellation  

  • Orders can be cancelled  before they are dispatched from our warehouse.  
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.  
  • If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount paid (if applicable) will be refunded to the original payment method.  

6. Shipping Charges  

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where:  

  • An incorrect product was delivered.  
  • The product was received in a damaged or defective condition.  
  • The error occurred due to Shudh Sangrah.  

7. Refund & Replacement Approval  

All refund and replacement requests raised under Section 2 are subject to verification by our customer support team. Shudh Sangrah reserves the right to approve or reject any request if it does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy. Where approved, replacement or exchange orders will be delivered within 7 days.
